Job summary

Qualifications

> Minimum 2 years maintenance/troubleshooting in highly automated pharma environment.
> National Craft Senior Trades Electrical qualification essential.
> Automation/Mechatronic qualification would be an advantage.
> Clear understanding and experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical or mechanical, instrumentation and automation systems including PLCs and HMI, robotics, vision systems, SCADA.
> Proficient on Maximo to manage maintenance tasks and spare parts control.
> Willingness to work on set shift patterns and to travel to equipment vendors as required.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned/unplanned maintenance on manufacturing, filling, compounding, packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot automatic, semi-automatic and batch manufacturing equipment; drive continuous improvement.
Support equipment projects from design to install.
Identify opportunities for improvements and ensure compliance with Quality, EHS requirements.
Assist with On Call duties and maintain training via eLMS.
Update Maximo with downtime notifications, corrective and preventative actions.
Engage with vendors and parts suppliers to source nonstock parts.
Report downtime with actions and parts used; support CI programs (MEP, OEE, OPEX, RCA, RCM).
Communicate concerns about work processes to Management.
