Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience in commercial properties.

• HVAC, electrical or mechanical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Maintain and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform carpentry or finishes work as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Comply with safety rules, codes, and company directives.
