Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations across commercial properties. You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to ensure uptime and safety.

The role requires 2+ years in a commercial property setting, a valid driver’s license, and basic computing skills. Training in safety and operation of building systems is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related commercial property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Technical, vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic/electrical/hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles and hardware; paint where needed.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests; ensure safety and readiness.
