Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and equipment. You will assist with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic carpentry, painting, and grounds work.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related commercial property experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry or engine repair.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record with periodic checks.
• Basic computing skills and proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (HVAC, plumbing, roofs, pumps, valves, and electrical/mechanical devices).
• Clean, lubricate, and service equipment; perform minor carpentry, painting and finishes work as needed.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions; respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Operate building automation systems and other tech tools; adhere to safety and company directives.
