Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas, NV to handle preventive and corrective work on the property—ensuring cleanliness, safety, and reliable operation of building systems. You will manage work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and document all activities.

You must hold EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with state/local regulations. A flexible schedule, safety training, and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems following safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes and coordinate with vendors.
• Track materials, inventory, and document work performed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities and perform light cleaning.
• Assist cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing them when feasible.
