Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repairs across bottling lines and related systems.

The role includes training Operators and Supervisors, driving continuous improvement, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to keep production running smoothly. You will work with plant leadership on projects, oversee overhaul efforts, and develop SOPs to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people/projects is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics: electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime and perform root cause analysis.
