Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime in a high-speed bottling environment.

You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, lead maintenance efforts, and share knowledge across the team, serving as a subject matter expert in multiple packaging technologies including blow molding, filling, labeling, and case packing. You will develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies, drive continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience managing people and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and resolution of recurring problems.
• Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize downtime with root-cause analysis.
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures.
