You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and mentor junior technicians to uphold safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate partners with Automation support teams, delivers reliable preventive maintenance, and builds strong working relationships with site operations to ensure

• Experience leading shift operations and mentoring technicians.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Strong safety and quality assurance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training of technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
