Qualifications

• Safe use of hand tools and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance per policy.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Access materials from maintenance dept and track usage.
• Document work orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and paint curbs/signage.
• Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
