Job summary

Avignon Townhomes in Redmond, WA, part of the Greystar portfolio, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to uphold the property’s physical standards and resident comfort. You will perform repairs, complete make-readies, and manage routine inspections in a 272-unit garden-style community near Downtown Redmond.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required
• State and local certifications as required
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
• Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by completing the make-ready process
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assists in vendor management and other duties as needed
• Performs routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
• Follows safety procedures and uses tools/equipment correctly
