Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environments.
• Advanced maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.
• Experience with Yardi and Paycom is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily work orders using Yardi, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with residents to schedule work and minimize disruption.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for complex repairs and installations.
• Perform advanced maintenance across systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and structural components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex building system issues with strong technical judgment.
• Document work thoroughly to maintain accurate maintenance records.
