You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, respond to resident service requests, oversee turnovers, and maintain curb appeal while collaborating with fellow technicians and property management staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Able to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
