Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician for the Commerce City, CO area. The candidate will perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment, install new machinery, and help build a TPM program to minimize downtime.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years in manufacturing, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong abilities in PLC/robot programming, mechanical/electrical systems, and fabrication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs.
• Install and commission new production equipment.
• Contribute to TPM program development and execution.
• Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and robots.
