Job summary

Re:Build is seeking an exceptionally skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Commerce City, CO team. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on high-volume production equipment, install new machinery, and contribute to TPM initiatives to minimize downtime.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in manufacturing, with strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong troubleshooting, repair and maintenance skills
• TPM experience is a plus
• PLC programming is a plus
• Industrial robot programming is a plus
• Metal fabrication skills (welding, milling, turning, drilling) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs
• Install and commission new production equipment
• Participate in building a TPM program
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems
• Use uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs to drive improvements
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and robots
