Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks an Industrial Maintenance Specialist to optimize equipment performance and reliability in a high‑volume Colorado facility. You will apply your expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a technical field is required.
5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to interpret technical schematics and perform complex equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure peak machine availability.
Lead the installation and commissioning of advanced production machinery to support scaling operations.
Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze key performance indicators, such as MTTR and equipment uptime, to identify and execute efficiency upgrades.
Manage critical spare parts inventory through Kanban systems to ensure rapid response to equipment needs.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving PLCs, industrial robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine maintenance strategies and reduce operational disruptions.
