Re:Build Manufacturing in Commerce City, CO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support high-volume production. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, develop TPM practices, and install new equipment.

A strong fabrication background and PLC/robot programming skills are a plus. You will join a team focused on minimizing downtime and improving maintenance metrics while working a 5:00am - 3:30pm shift and earning $30-$46 per hour

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
TPM experience is a plus.
PLC and robot programming a plus.
Metal fabrication skills (welding, milling, turning, drilling) a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
Install and commission new production equipment.
Contribute to building a TPM program.
Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban.
Use uptime, MTTR, and cost metrics to drive improvements.
Troubleshoot production equipment including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and robots.
