Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Commerce City, CO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep advanced production lines running efficiently. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, and contribute to TPM initiatives to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing, and hands-on PLC/robot programming and metal fabrication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• TPM experience is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial robots is a plus.
• Metal fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Install and commission new production equipment.
• Participate in building a TPM program.
• Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Use uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs to drive improvements.
