Re:Build Manufacturing in Commerce City, CO is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift. You will perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, install new equipment, and contribute to a TPM program in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and knowledge of PLCs and robotics.

Qualifications

• Assc. degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance.
• Install and commission new production equipment.
• Participate in building a TPM program.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Utilize uptime, MTTR and cost metrics to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and robots.
