Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site technical services in a premium hospitality environment. You will be the single point of escalation for all onsite technical services and partner with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee engineering operations across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, develop the on-site team, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical services / facilities engineering
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, or luxury environments
• EPA certification preferred; OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, controls, plumbing are valuable
• Strong commercial and financial acumen in engineering contracts
• Proven people leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of technical services, exceeding contractual obligations and ISS standards.
• Partner with the Key Account Manager and Technical Services Team for seamless client experience.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and satisfaction
