Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee maintenance operations for the unit. You will direct a crew, perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical tasks, and ensure timely, safe completion of all work under the Maintenance Manager.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of facility systems, strong problem-solving, the ability to organize multiple priorities, and excellent customer service when interacting with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience; management/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and problem-solve.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Maintenance Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of unit operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair malfunctions in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Lead and supervise project crews or the shop in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and security of facilities.
• Maintain inventory and secure supplies; ensure safe facility environment.
