Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, managing maintenance tasks through our property management system, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests while developing a high-performing team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, compliance, and maintenance of hotel buildings, mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems.
• Lead maintenance operations with clear priorities and task verification.
• Coordinate external contractors and liaise with city officials to ensure quality of work.
• Handle maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate engineering/maintenance staff for high performance.
