Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks at a stabilized mid-rise property. You will resolve painting, plumbing, and electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on work, scheduling and coordinating with the Area Maintenance Manager, and performing inspections using property platforms. Travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience painting, plumbing and electrical repairs with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
• Must comply with safety policies, codes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant homes and move-ins.
• Access materials and supplies for maintenance under supervision.
• Coordinate inspections using Leonardo 247, Entrata and other platforms.
• Document work completed and maintain property grounds and amenities.
• Assist in safety compliance and risk management.
