Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with technical focus or 3–5 years of related industry experience.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; able to analyze problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
• Operates machining equipment (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform welding.
• Follows 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Maintains CMMS records and supports CI activities.
• Troubleshoots control systems and analyzes software/hardware issues.
• Participates in training and development activities.
