B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and support upkeep across our community in Honolulu. You will perform preventative maintenance, unit turns, and repairs, while delivering timely, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities, including after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Inspect buildings and common areas for maintenance needs and safety compliance.
• Assist with vendor coordination, purchasing, and invoice documentation.
• Provide excellent resident communication regarding repair timelines and service quality.
