Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support multi-trade work across properties. You will perform service requests, preventive maintenance, and full turns with independence while maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in maintenance (multifamily preferred), electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, and a HS diploma or GED. EPA certification is preferred; on-call rotation included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience required, multifamily preferred.
• Intermediate skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances.
• High school diploma or GED; EPA certification preferred; CPO certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections and keep inventory organized.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
