Job summary

Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, repairing components, calibrating equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong reading of schematics and teamwork with operators are essential.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat, noise, and heights.
Preferred: industrial maintenance certifications, PLCs, or CMMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with proper tools.
Repair or replace defective components such as motors, bearings, sensors, valves, belts, and wiring.
Calibrate, adjust, and align equipment for optimal performance.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Work with operators and supervisors to identify recurring issues.
Assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
Maintain PM schedules and documentation; keep maintenance logs up to date.
Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety trainings.
