Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of maintenance experience (or 4 years with EPA 608), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification or equivalent.
• Proven maintenance experience with ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities and contractors.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
