Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician - LGV to ensure equipment uptime and lead troubleshooting across bottling lines in our Alabama facility.

You will mentor technicians and operators, implement best maintenance practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires extensive experience with packaging equipment, injection/blow molding processes, and familiar OEMs such as Krones, Husky, Sidel, and Sacmi.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in Position
• Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on procedures
• Lead continuous improvement projects involving upgrades and problem resolution
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime
• Develop operating and troubleshooting procedures for bottling and injection areas
• Oversee overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime
