Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a high-speed manufacturing site in the United States.

The role oversees 20–30 hourly/NE maintenance staff, plans preventive, predictive, and corrective work, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. You will manage a maintenance budget of $500K–$2.0M and collaborate with Operations and other Maintenance Supervisors.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree required in maintenance discipline.
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Direct reports experience in a maintenance environment is required.
• Maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff or contractors for preventive, predictive, corrective, project, and breakdown work.
• Analyze failures and ensure permanent fixes are implemented.
• Prioritize work requests and coordinate with area managers.
• Lead maintenance training in the assigned area and provide troubleshooting support.
• Audit work to ensure best practices and budget adherence.
• Manage area maintenance budget and oversee equipment valued at $10M–$15M.
