Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance tasks across our multi-family properties in Orlando. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation of units and equipment.

You will manage work orders, supervise vendors, and ensure move-in readiness while collaborating with construction teams to address issues. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family settings, EPA/OSHA certifications, and strong

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management.
• EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to take calls for emergency requests.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for getting supplies.
• Will drive a golf cart.
• Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Performs all maintenance tasks for units and equipment.
• Manages work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Confirms apartments are updated and move-in ready.
• Performs all mechanical walks for construction.
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Schedules vendors and contractors and coordinates with construction to address issues.
• Adheres to EPA and OSHA regulations for hazardous materials storage and handling.
• Inspects properties to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
