The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family maintenance, holds EPA/OSHA certifications, and demonstrates strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family properties.
• EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certifications required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform on-call emergency duties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable operating a golf cart.
• Able to work 40+ hours per week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks for units and equipment.
• Oversees Maintenance Team.
• Manages work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Confirms apartments are move-in ready.
• Coordinates with vendors and construction teams.
• Ensures compliance with laws and EPA/OSHA regulations for hazardous materials.
• Inspects property and corrects unsafe conditions.
