Job summary

Energizer Holdings in Dayton, Ohio seeks an experienced Maintenance Leader to drive lean maintenance practices and ongoing continuous improvement across the plant. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with production and engineering, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and a data-driven mindset with experience using CMMS, SAP, Excel and Access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead with integrity and achieve results.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with proactive problem solving.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and cost-effective upgrades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and team development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental policy compliance.
• Assist and support the EHS manager and plant safety programs.
• Maintain system readiness through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Oversee daily maintenance personnel and equipment reliability.
• Support line efficiency improvements and line upgrades.
• Coordinate repairs with line leads, production supervisors, and OEMs.
• Track maintenance KPIs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain CMMS data and optimize maintenance programs.
• Lead daily activities aligned with plant goals and policies.
• Possess or pursue Green Belt or higher for CI processes.
