Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bentwood Townhomes in St. Louis, MO. You will oversee all facility maintenance, train staff, and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances are serviced to standard.

Qualified candidates have 5–10 years in maintenance, HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and prior multifamily experience. The role requires on-site presence and responsiveness to emergency calls.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance training for others on site.
• Perform on-site repairs to HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and winterization.
• Inspect HVAC systems and pool equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests and inventory.
