Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• HVAC and EPA certifications; CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on planning and budgeting.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
