Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Saint Joseph, MO seeks a Maintenance Technician for Windwood Estates and Wellington Pointe. The role involves repairing and maintaining apartment equipment, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and performing preventative maintenance across the property.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in maintenance, with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred and a valid driver’s license. On‑site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On‑site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians
• Walks the property to inspect and document repairs and maintenance needs
• Performs preventive maintenance and seasonally prepare equipment like pools and HVAC
• Inspects vacant units and assists in turnovers
• Manage maintenance requests and inventory with proper forms
