Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Wellington Pointe and Windwood Estates. Responsibilities include repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment equipment, alarms, and building systems.

Must have own tools and be available for 24/7 on-call emergencies. Two years of maintenance experience is required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Train Groundskeepers and entry level technicians.
• Inspect and document system repairs and service quality.
• Maintain property in accordance with housing programs and inspections.
