Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep, supervise move-ins, and manage within budget while delivering strong resident service.

This role requires hands-on maintenance experience, leadership skills, and HVAC knowledge with a CFC certification within 90 days. A valid driver's license and English communication are essential; weekend and after-hours availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on apartment maintenance experience required.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• HVAC knowledge and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in hiring, inspecting, counseling, and promoting staff as directed.
• Teach skills to staff members and schedule work.
• Maintain a safe working environment and keep common areas clean.
• Perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots and exteriors.
• Make capital improvement recommendations and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Visit competing properties to inspect quality of maintenance.
• Order parts to repair the community and educate on safety and OSHA guidelines.
