Responsibilities include supervising a maintenance team, responding to issues promptly, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections to guarantee quality unit turns and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards; track progress.
