Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility in Cincinnati. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and drives maintenance initiatives across the production floor, balancing reactive and proactive work to support continuous operations.

The successful candidate will lead a team, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage staffing, and ensure safety and compliance while partnering with engineering and operations for capital projects and process

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervision capabilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to reduce downtime.
