Job summary

You will guide maintenance mechanics, lead root-cause analysis, and apply DSU and DDS to drive the platform glidepath through loss elimination.

Responsibilities include owning maintenance planning and scheduling, sustaining Maximo data integrity, and coaching operators and line teams to identify and resolve defects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills across work groups and cross-functional resources.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and maintenance systems such as SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, or MQIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and people development for maintenance teams and drive loss-elimination.
• Direct the work of maintenance mechanics, staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Direct daily/weekly/monthly DDS meetings and track performance metrics.
• Own Maximo data integrity and maintenance planning/scheduling; drive breakdown elimination.
