Qualifications

• Experience reducing losses and improving manufacturing performance.
• Knowledge of unit operations and machinery on production platforms.
• Strong communication across work groups and cross-functional teams.
• Foundational data analysis and maintenance systems knowledge (SAP, Maximo, MQIS).
• Experience with maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance mechanics and build maintenance capability across the platform.
• Drive safety culture for Human and Food Safety and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Direct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews; manage metrics and backlog.
• Own maintenance foundatio nal systems, including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination processes.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize platform results.
• Develop skills matrices and training plans to address gaps and improve performance.
