Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and production reporting systems.
• Scheduling and performance management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing and production scheduling across lines.
• Monitor production performance, quality, equipment effectiveness, downtime, and inventory usage.
• Oversee training, attendance, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse and leadership to minimize downtime.
