Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in New Jersey to lead all maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing facility, focusing on equipment reliability and production performance.

You will oversee maintenance personnel, drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, manage CMMS planning, and ensure availability of spare parts to minimize downtime and support continuous operations. Strong leadership and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate maintenance functions for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work through CMMS.
