Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a high-volume food manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH. You will direct shift personnel, maintain production schedules, and uphold food safety standards (SQF/BRC) and OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing, HACCP/PCQI credentials preferred, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite). Hands-on leadership in mixing, proofing, and packaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• HACCP certification and PCQI training strongly preferred.
• SQF or BRC audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities across high-volume production lines.
• Maintain production schedules, targets and OEE while ensuring quality.
• Enforce GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs and HACCP logs; support QA audits.
• Supervise, train and develop line leads and operators; lead shift huddles.
• Coordinate maintenance and sanitation to prepare for audits.
