Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate maintenance team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Analyze equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and recommend upgrades to improve safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and facility service providers.
• Lead capital improvement and energy-saving projects from planning through execution.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and equipment histories.
• Oversee critical facility systems and infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operation.
