Job summary

Centerspace is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to efficiently manage maintenance services and provide excellent customer service across the Centerspace portfolio in the assigned region. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety, and keeping properties in top condition for tenants.

You will work with Community and Regional Managers, supervise maintenance staff as needed, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and contribute to capital improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• EPA, CPO and/or boiler licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Inspect properties and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain safety and building systems.
• Assist Community Manager and Regional Manager.
• Lead maintenance staff when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
