Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance operations, safety, and appearance across our high-end student communities. You will collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager to lead on-site staff and ensure exceptional resident service.

This role reports to the Property Manager and requires strong leadership, compliance with safety standards, and a customer-service mindset to maintain excellent curb appeal

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
Maintenance and safety certifications held preferred.
Customer service focused and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Oversee all physical assets of the property.
Provide solutions to issues or concerns on the property.
Suggest opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.
Maintain budget and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
