Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, and team-development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and other team members.
• Oversee maintenance operations including service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendors and manage inventories and budgets.
