Westshore is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community. You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure timely make-readies while coordinating with the Community Manager on projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced trade maintenance for multifamily housing.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to diagnose/repair systems.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee workload and tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and make-readies.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on projects and orders.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems as needed.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and test solutions.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and read equipment manuals.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and maintain safe work areas.
