Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Westward Heights to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, interviewing staff, training, and enforcing safety policies. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus supervisory experience and hands-on tool use.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and perform daily tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Interview and assist in hiring maintenance/housekeeping/grounds staff.
• Train service personnel and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and logs for supplies.
